School Leavers Ordering Timeline (Detailed)

Why timing matters

Custom School Leavers gear takes 6–8 weeks to produce and deliver from artwork approval (allow 8 weeks for orders landing between 1 September and 31 March, 7 weeks for the rest of the year). Add 2–3 weeks of design revisions on top, and 1–2 weeks for student name/size collection, and you need a 12-week runway minimum.

The safe runway

Week -12: Request your free mockup.

Week -11: Receive first concepts.

Week -10 to -9: Refine and approve artwork.

Week -8: Production starts. Open student name / size collection in parallel.

Week -2: Production complete.

Week 0: Gear delivered and ready.
