How long does production take?

Small changes before we go to print are free. Once production has started, individual replacements can be reprinted on request — we'll always be upfront about cost and timing.

Do you work with year 10, senior colleges or graduating clubs?

Sublimation vs screen print

Every school leavers jersey we produce is dye-sublimated, not screen printed. The design is infused into the fabric at a molecular level, so it won't crack, peel, flake or fade — even after years of washing. Screen print sits on top of the fabric and eventually breaks down; sublimation is the reason our jerseys still look new at ten-year reunions. It also means unlimited colours, photo-quality gradients, all-over prints and small text (like every student's name down a sleeve) at no extra cost.

Stitching & construction

Twin-needle stitched hems and cuffs, reinforced shoulder seams, and a ribbed knit collar with internal taping so it holds shape after repeated wear and wash. The 370gsm rugby weight uses a heavier interlock knit with a woven inner placket and rubber-tipped drawcord — the same construction spec as senior club rugby jerseys.
