Form your leavers committee (4–6 students plus a coordinating parent or teacher).

Set a budget per student and confirm whether the school is contributing.

Survey the year group on product preference (jersey, jacket, hoodie).

Shortlist suppliers and request free mockups from your top 2–3.

Refine the design with student input across 2–3 revisions.

Confirm sizing kit / sample order if your group is over 80 students.

Lock in final design and confirm production order.

Open student name / nickname / size collection (use a Google Form).

Pay deposit so production can be scheduled.

Production runs (6–8 weeks from final approval).

Pay balance, organise delivery to school.
